Major Vincent Enriquez

Major Vincent Enriquez graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2003 with a Commission as an Engineer Officer. His military schooling includes the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Maneuver Captains Career Course, Special Forces Qualification Course, SERE-C, Ranger School, Sapper School, Air Assault School, and Jumpmaster School,
Major Enriquez’s assignments include Engineer Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer and Assistant Battalion Operations Officer in the 173d Airborne Brigade based in Vicenza, Italy, from which he deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan VI, serving as the Engineer for Task Force Rock. He attended and graduated from the Army Special Forces Qualification Course in 2009, and was assigned to 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). He served as a Special Forces Operational Detachment – Alpha Commander, deploying to Operation Enduring Freedom – Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Nepal, and numerous other countries in support of the PACOM Theater Campaign Plan. He also deployed to Afghanistan as an Assistant Operations Officer for 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). His most recent operational assignment was as the Headquarters Support Company Commander for 1/1 SFG(A).
Major Enriquez’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal with oakleaf cluster, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with two oakleaf clusters, Army Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Combat Action Badge, Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge, Sapper Tab, Ranger Tab, and Special Forces Tab. His foreign awards include the German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (Gold), and Australian, Korean, and Thai Airborne Wings.
